| Abstract (in another language): | It was shown that the formation of cell monolayer on the surface of the sensor leads to the decrease of system capacity. In this case the capacity of sensor with cell monolayer decreases with increasing of monolayer density and gap junction communication degree. This enables to carry out the electrophysical monitoring of the cultural growth phase and cell-cell adhesion under the influence of drugs |
