Abstract:	The author defines the main prerequisites for the formation of conditions for the development of contract and integrated logistics in Russia. The expediency of revision of the current situation in the provision of basic transportation services is proved. The basic scheme of the organization of the logistics outsourcing system on the Kuibyshev railway is given.
