Forensic linguistics: psycho-linguistic issues of “extremist text” examination

Abstract

This article is devoted to the research of methods of forensic linguistic examination of controversial texts in cases of extremism. The article also deals with some of the problems of such studies. Attention is paid to the range of texts which should be subjected to linguistic examination to analyze those features that characterize the text as an extremist one. This problem is not paid due attention, thus, it is highly important to show that this type of examination is effective and prospective, and, thus, to involve the scientific community in the research of this field.
