Constitutional right to legal aid: definition and subjects

Abstract

In the article the issue of constitutional right to legal aid is dealt with. The research is aimed at comprehensive analysis of the legal nature of legal aid. We suppose one of the most serious problems which students, post graduates and any person who is interested in the science of law face is the fact that while researching the topic of legal aid they mostly deal with advocacy and notary. We have described such subjects providing legal aid as public associations of consumers; trade unions; employees of real estate organizations; crisis managers; chamber of commerce and industry in the field of legal provision of foreign economic activity; consuls.
