Abstract (in another language): The microchannel formation processes in the case when the surface of a target of aluminum alloy is subjected to the effect of a series of sequential double laser pulses in the air have been studied. The possi-bility to increase both the portion of aluminum nitride (AlN) nanoclusters and of the differently charged aluminum ions in the surface laser plasma for various ablation modes has been demonstrated depending on the form of microchannel.
