| Abstract: | Анализируются критерии законодательной оценки тяжести преступления по Уголовному кодексу Республики Беларусь 1999 г. Показана зависимость дифференциации наказания в санкциях статей Особенной части от категории преступления. На этой основе предложены и обоснованы пути формирования эффективной системы уголовных санкций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyses the criteria of legislative estimation of the gravity of a crime under the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of 1999. The dependence of the differentiation of punishment in the sanctions of the articles of the Special part of the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of 1999 on the category of a crime is shown. On this basis ways of formation of the effective system of criminal sanctions are offered and proved. |
