Abstract: Influence of instability of the systems, which are described by Hamiltonians of polynomial types, on quantum squeezing evolution is investigated. Toda criterion based on eigenvalues of stability matrix is used for revelation instability of considered systems. Simplified model of the degenerate parametric amplifier and quantum rotator have been considered as examples. It has been shown by these examples how with help of the external 5-liked signal we can control the squeezing effect. Motion equations have been written for the quantum rotator with taking into account the quantum corrections, time during of which the quasi-classical approach may be used has been determined.
