Міжгадавая дынаміка ўзроставага складу папуляцыі янотападобнага сабакі (Nyctereutes procyonoides gray) ў залежнасці ад інтэнсіўнасці здабычы ў розных прыродных комплексах Паўночнай Беларусі

Abstract

The interannual dynamic of the age structure of two local populations of the raccoon dog with different level of hunting pressure from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed. The age structure of the local population with the medium hunting pressure was stable during the study period, unlike one with the high hunting pressure. Most essential demographic parameters (proportion of juveniles, number of juveniles per adult, mid and max longevity and mortality values for juveniles and adults) were assessed. Portion of juveniles was high (89,8 %) and didn’t differ significantly among males and females. The sex ratio (males/females) for juveniles was 1,1 and 1,8 for adults, but in both cases didn’t differ significantly from 1:1. Maximum life span for females was 7 years and 4 years for males. Annual mortality for juveniles and adults was 94 % and 61 % respectively.
