Abstract (in another language): The brief description of an autoemission ion source on the basis of a regular silicon whisker structure grown on a unique substrate is submitted. The comparative analysis of existing sources and the declared one as well as the methods of their production is carried out. The experiments on research of the emission mechanism of such structures confirming prospect of their use as the main elements of such ion sources are described. At occurrence of the autoionic discharge the voltage falls not up to zero, but, since some moment, sharply grows, surpassing peak magnitude of a setting fire pulse. The voltage can exceed initial more than in 5 times. After that the voltage again begins quickly to fall, passing already this time through zero, and accordingly, the sharp peak of the ionic current of the discharge and current through the Faraday cylinder is observed. There may be some and even dozen of such sharp oscillations with the period in a range from 5 up to 40 ns. Thus, the auto emitter represents in sense of clearing from a superfluous charge a high efficiency oscillatory contour which, being exited, oscillates with its own characteristic frequency which is not dependent on the characteristics of the feeding circuit, and amplitude considerably superior to the amplitude of stimulating influence.
