dc.description.alternativeStudy of pulsed laser decomposition of metal-organic compounds is of great scientific and theoretical interest especially in connection with rapidly growing new technologies in field of microelectronics. In present work has been described a physical and mathematical model of process of decomposition of silver oxalates during pulsed laser treatment. The various process parameters, i.e.the thermal effect of chemical reaction, parameters of the laser pulse, the structure of the metal-organic salt have been taken in account. The mathematical model bases on two differential equations with appropriate initial and boundary conditions. Numerical calculations has been conducted. The computer simulation has allowed to establish the area where the decomposition reaction runs.ru
