| Abstract: | Исследуются проблемы подготовки законопроектов в органах военного управления на опыте Министерства обороны Республики Беларусь. Сделаны обоснованные выводы о необходимости совершенствования организационно-правовых аспектов законопроектной деятельности министерства, учете при подготовке законопроектов социально значимых потребностей и интересов военнослужащих и гражданского персонала вооруженных сил в степени, не подрывающей принципа единоначалия. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the problems related to drafting laws activity in military command and control bodies on the basis of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus. Substantial conclusions have been made on the need for improvement of administrative and legal aspects of law-making activity of the defence ministry, account in the course of drafting laws of social requirements and interests of service members and civilian employees of the Armed Forces to the extent which does not undermine the principle of unified management as the backbone of the military forces, and without detriment to combat readiness and combat capability of troops. |
