| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the state contracts and delivery contracts of the goods for the state needs as to legal forms of acquiring the goods for the state needs. The features of the given contract relations distinguishing them from the delivery contracts are mentioned. Essential conditions of the state contracts and delivery contracts of the goods for the state needs are analyzed. Thus the concept of essential contract provisions of the whole is investigated. Proposals of improving legal regulation of deliveries of the goods for the state needs are introduced. |
