| Abstract: | The conditions for receiving of mutant of bacteria P. mendocina were optimized. Using N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine the representative collection of stable polyauxotrophic strains (was selected 26 different mutations) was allowed which are suitable for using as a recipients for genome mapping of bacteria P. mendocina. |
