Abstract: Сечения возбуждения характеристического рентгеновского излучения (х.р.и.) К-серии протонами с энергией от 1.0 до 3.0 МэВ с шагом 100 кэВ были экспериментально измерены для Hf, Ta, W и Re. Для определения сечений были измерены выходы х.р.и из толстых мишеней, экспериментально определена эффективность регистрации. Полученные результаты сравнены с экспериментальными данными других авторов и расчетами по эмпирической формуле.
Abstract (in another language): The characteristic x-ray emission cross-sections induced by protons with energy 1-3 MeV are of interest as with of sight of refinement of a gear of interaction charged particles with inner-shells electrons of atoms, as help data for researches in the field. The characteristic x-ray emission cross-sections induced by protons with energy 1-3 MeV are of interest as with of sight of refinement of a gear of interaction charged particles with inner-shells electrons of atoms, as help data for researches in the field of development of nuclear-physics methods of the analysis of content of substance. For elements with the atomic number higher than 70 experimental data concerning cross-sections of excitation x-ray emission К-series in literary sources practically absent. In this work values of cross-sections of excitation x-ray emission of К-series are measured for Hf, Ta, W, Re in protons energy range from 1.0 up to 3.0 MeV. Targets as a kind of disks made of Hf, Ta, W and Re foils of thickness from 100 pm and more and diameter of 10 mm for measurement of cross-sections were prepared. Yields of x-ray emission for all elements were measured in hole energy range with a step of 100 кэВ. The error determination of cross-sections came to 8-14% depending on energy protons. This value comprehends following errors: statistical - 0.3-10 %, measurement of charge - 1 %, definition absolute efficiency - 3-4 %, error of derivative calculation -1 -5 %, error of the tables of stopping power - 5 % and absorption coefficient error - 5 %. The cross-sections received in given work are agreed within the limits of experimental discrepancies with energy protons. The cross-sections received in given work are agreed within the limits of experimental discrepancies with those ones calculated by using of the empirical formula and with experimental data of other authors in investigated range of energies of protons. Experimental data measured by authors of other works systematically excess cross-sections calculated using the formula from work [2] with energies of protons outside range investigated by us. It testifies to necessity of cautious using of the mentioned formula for calculation of К-series X-ray emission cross-sections in a range of atomic numbers more than 70 and energies of protons more than 3 MeV. Experimental data according this range of atomic numbers and energies of protons from 1.0 up to 3.0 MeV are present in a literary source at limited quantity. The necessity of similar data is connected with analytical needs and requirements of check and perfection of the theoretical descriptions of processes of accelerated charged particles interaction with inner-shells electrons of atoms.
