| Abstract: | Представлены результаты оценки влияния осадков сточных вод в тест-системах, представленных почвенными червями Eisenia foetida и брюхоногими моллюсками Lymnaea stagnalis. Данные тест-модели применяются для изучения токсичности отходов производства в целях определения класса опасности по опасному свойству «экотоксичность». Описана методика проведения эксперимента с использованием указанных тест-систем. Приведено научное обоснование рациональных условий постановки эксперимента, критериев достоверности теста, отходов производства различных видов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The results of the evaluation of the effect of sewage sludge in test systems, represented by soil worms Eisenia foetida and gastropods Lymnaea stagnalis, are presented. These test models are used to study the toxicity of industrial wastes in order to determine the hazard class by the hazardous property of «ecotoxicity». The technique of carrying out the experiment using these test systems is described. The scientific substantiation of rational conditions of statement of experiment, criteria of reliability of the test, a waste of manufacture of various kinds is resulted. |
