| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются проблемы юрисдикционой защиты права граждан на благоприятную окружающую среду в Республике Беларусь. Автор отмечает специфику защиты права на благоприятную окружающую среду с учетом его комплексной природы, делает предложения о совершенствовании законодательства, обеспечивающего обжалование в судебном порядке действий (бездействий), нарушающих право на благоприятную окружающую среду, предлагает закрепить правила о подсудности подобных дел в судах общей юрисдикции Республики Беларусь. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the problem of jurisdictional protection of the right of citizens to a favorable environment in the Republic of Belarus. The author points out the specificity of protection of the right to a favorable environment in view of its complex nature, makes proposals to improve legislation to ensure judicial review of actions (inactions) which violate the right to a favorable environment, it proposes to consolidate the rules on jurisdiction of such cases in courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic Belarus. |
