| Abstract: | Гістарыяграфічныя агляды, прысвечаныя даследаванням курганных могільнікаў Віцебска-Полацкага Падзвіння, толькі часткова ўключаюць звесткі аб вывучэнні гэтых старажытнасцей у другой палове ХІХ ст. са спасылкай на «ненавуковы» характар такіх даследаванняў. Асэнсаванне працы даследчыкаў ХІХ ст. патрабуе іншага падыходу, згодна з якім нельга пераносіць сучасныя навуковыя патрабаванні на працы таго часу, што было зроблена ў дачыненні да прац К. А. Гаворскага і М. Ф. Кусцінскага. Зыходзячы з гэтага падыходу, можна атрымаць пэўная каштоўныя звесткі з такіх «ненавуковых» прац, што дазваляе «па-новаму» ўспрыняць дзейнасць даследчыкаў другой паловы ХІХ ст. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Historiographical reviews on the research of burial mounds of the Vitebsk-Polotsk Dzvina Region only partially include information on the study of these antiquities in the second half of the 19th century with reference to the «unscientific» nature of such studies. Understanding of the work of 19 th century researchers requires a different approach, according to which one can’t transfer modern scientific requirements to the work of that time, which was done with respect to the works of K. A. Govorsky and M. F. Kuscinsky. Proceeding from this approach, it is possible to obtain some valuable information from such «unscientific» works, which allows us to «re-perceive» the activity of researchers of the second half of the 19 th century. |
