| Abstract: | В ходе исследования проведено изучение особенностей состояния клеточного и гуморального иммунитета, а также функциональной активности нейтрофилов. Установлено, что ВПЧ-инфекция у обследованных лиц сопровождается признаком персистенции других вирусных и бактериальных инфекций. У лиц с папилломавирусной инфекцией снижается содержание СD4+лимфоцитов, повышается количество цитотоксических Т-лимфоцитов. Со стороны гуморального иммунитета выявляется повышение концентрации IgM. У пациентов наблюдается повышение NK клеток, а также увеличение фагоцитарной активности нейтрофилов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The characteristics of cellular and humoral immunity and functional activity of neutrophils were studied in the course of the study. It was found that the HPV infection in the examined individuals is accompanied by a sign of persistence of other viral and bacterial infections. In individuals with papillomavirus infection, the CD4 + lymphocyte count decreases, and the amount of cytotoxic T lymphocytes increases. On the part of humoral immunity, an increase in the concentration of IgG is detected. In patients, an increase in NK cells is observed, as well as an increase in the phagocytic activity of neutrophils. |
