| Abstract: | Одной из основных проблем XXI в. в области медицины является заболеваемость злокачественными новообразованиями. В мире повсеместно отмечается рост онкологической заболеваемости и смертности от рака, хотя имеются успехи в области диагностики и лечения опухолей. В настоящее время в мире злокачественными новообразованиями заболевают около 8 млн людей. Среди причин смерти злокачественные опухоли занимают 2-е место, уступая лишь заболеваниям сердечно-сосудистой системы. Состояние здоровья – итоговый медико-статистический показатель, дающий медицинскую оценку здоровья населения по совокупности специально учитываемых признаков (наличие или отсутствие болезней, обращаемости за медицинской помощью, нуждаемости в диспансерном наблюдении и др.) Признаки, характеризующие состояние здоровья, учитываются по результатам медицинских осмотров, диспансеризации и обращений за медицинской помощью. |
| Abstract (in another language): | One of the main problems of the 21st century in the field of medicine is the incidence of malignant neoplasms. In the world everywhere there is an increase in cancer morbidity and cancer mortality, despite advances in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. Currently, around 8 million people are newly infected with malignant neoplasms in the world today. Among the causes of death, malignant tumors take the second place, second only to diseases of the cardiovascular system. The state of health is the final medical and statistical indicator that provides a medical assessment of the health of the population in a set of specially taken into account signs (the presence or absence of illnesses, the need for medical assistance, the need for dispensary observation, etc.). The signs characterizing the state of health are taken into account based on the results of medical examinations, medical examinations and requests for medical help. |
