| Abstract: | Вопросы оценки и последующей оптимизации доз облучения пациентов являются приоритетными в лучевой терапии и диагностике. В настоящие время все большее применение находит использование конусно-лучевой рентгеновской компьютерной томографии, используемой для корректировки положения пациента перед проведением сеанса лучевой терапии. Методика измерений и оценки доз облучения пациентов при КЛ РКТ (CBCT) является одним из элементов гарантии качества лучевой терапии, позволяющим проводить оптимизацию доз облучения пациентов. Все вышеперечисленное отражает актуальность проведенных исследований, целью которых является разработка и валидация методики, проведение измерений дозы облучения при КЛ РКТ (CBCT). |
| Abstract (in another language): | The issues of evaluation and subsequent optimization of radiation doses to patients are a priority in radiation therapy and diagnostics. At present, the use of cone-beam X-ray computed tomography (CBCT), used to correct the patient’s position before the radiotherapy session, is increasingly used. The measurement and evaluation method for radiation doses for patients with CBCT is one of the elements of the quality assurance of radiation therapy, which allows to optimize the radiation doses of patients. All of the above reflects the relevance of the conducted studies, the purpose of which is the development and validation of the methodology, the measurement of the radiation dose in the CBCT. |
