| Abstract: | Thesis: 74 p., 6 pic., 18 tables, 44 ref., 6 att. The aim of the research is to develop directions to increase the efficiency of the use of labor resources ensuring the improvement of the results of the activities of “Alutech Door Systems” LLC. For achieving this goal, the author posed the following tasks: 1. To study the theoretical foundations of labor resources and understand the essence and level of efficiency of their use on the territory of the Republic of Belarus; 2. To conduct an analysis of the financial condition and efficiency of the use of labor resources and their impact on the economic indicators of the enterprise; 3. To propose recommendations on increasing the efficiency of the use of labor resources and to show the impact of the measures identified on the final results of the economic activity of the enterprise. The object of the research: the efficiency of the use of the labor resources of "Alutech Door Systems" LLC. The subject of the research: the processes of ensuring the effectiveness of the use of labor resources and their impact on the effectiveness of the activities of "Alutech Door Systems" LLC. Methods of research: general scientific methods of research: analytical, comparative, statistical. Area of possible practical application: the results obtained during the research can be used to increase the efficiency of using labor resources of organizations of the level of “Alutech Door Systems” LLC. The author of the research confirms that the material presented correctly and effectively reflects the state of the process under investigation. All borrowings are accompanied by references to their authors. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Дипломная работа: 74 с., 6 рис., 18 табл., 44 источников, 6 прил. Целью дипломной работы является разработка путей повышения эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов, обеспечивающих улучшение результатов деятельности ООО «Алютех Воротные Системы». В рамках достижения поставленной цели автором были поставлены следующие задачи: 1. Изучить теоретические основы трудовых ресурсов и понять сущность и уровень эффективности их использования на территории Республики Беларусь; 2. Провести анализ финансового состояния и эффективность использования трудовых ресурсов и их влияние на экономические показатели предприятия; 3. Предложить рекомендации по повышению эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов и показать влияние выявленных мер на конечные результаты экономической деятельности предприятия. Объект исследования: эффективность использования трудовых ресурсов ООО «Алютех Воротные Системы». Предмет исследования: процессы обеспечения эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов и их влияния на эффективность деятельности ООО «Алютех Воротные Системы». Методы исследования: общенаучные методы исследований: аналитические, сравнительные, статистические. Область возможного практического применения: результаты, полученные в ходе исследования, могут быть использованы для повышения эффективности использования трудовых ресурсов организаций уровня ООО «Алютех Воротные Системы». Автор работы подтверждает, что приведённый в ней материал правильно и эффективно отражает состояние исследуемого процесса, а все заимствования сопровождаются ссылками на их авторов. |
