Abstract: The study was performed on the isolated CNS of fresh-water pond snail Lymnaea stagnalis (L.). Modification of the chemical synapses, formed by giant dopaminergic neurone RPeD1, functional state during temperature changes was demonstrated. The were not postsynaptic effects on the RPeD1 followers after electrical irritation of RPeD1 in CNS preparations received from molluscs which were kept at water temperature 4-6 °C degree for a long time (2 weeks and more). We hypothesise, that this facts could take place due to the alteration of dopamine level in RPeD1 caused by new environmental conditions.
