| Abstract: | Lipid peroxidation (LPO) processes and the functional state of the neuromuscular system were studied in experiment on rabbits after the induction of traumatic and ischemic damage of peripheral nerves (PN) in hyperbarooxygenation (HBO) setting. HBO was shown to produce a beneficial effect on a number of the values studied. However, in case of a severe trauma of PN, HBO curative potential is limited, and for this reason there is a need in specifying the time of HBO administration, an adequate selection of the course of the antioxidant doses and LPO values monitoring. |
