| Abstract: | The pharmacokinetic characteristics of the dimetpramid (DMP) and its high molecular (DMP-OC) form has been studied. It was shown that the DMP-OC in the condition of the single hypodermic injection or white rats is considerably more long period in the organs and tissues. The level of the bioaccessibility of the DMP-OC with respect to heart, kidneys and spleen in 2- 4 times more in comparison DMP. |
