| Abstract: | By means of electrochemical methods the influence of modifying additives, introduced into the chemical developer for X-ray films upon the superadditiviting affect of phenidon, hidroquinon developing agents was investigated. It was shown, that two reactions play the decisive part in the superadditivity effect: reduction of silver by adsorbed phenidon in the presence of modifying additives and reduction of oxidized form of phenidon by hidroquinon. |
