| Abstract: | Results on phase composition and microstructure of InSb ribbons, obtained by rapid quenching at different temperatures are presented. It is found that InSb ribbons are characterised by (HO) texture. Doping of InSb by Te leeds to dissappearance of the texture and change in the deformation mechanism. |
