Abstract: | In this paper dynamics of the model of semiconductor laser proposed by Lang and Kobayashi is studied. Delay time in this model is assumed to be sufficiently large. Using a special method, the conditions of existence of a set of external cavity modes solutions with asymptotically large number of elements have been found. Sufficient conditions of stability and instability of external cavity modes are constructed analytically. It has been proven that for some values of the parameters, asymptotically large number of stable external cavity modes coexists. |
