Abstract: | It is shown that multiple-unit spherical refractive lens may be used for forming 7÷20 keV X-ray microbeams from synchrotron sources. To receive X-ray beams with a size less than 300 nm, the lens should be combined with 0,3 R – in diameter diaphragm, where R- is individual lens curvature radius. |
