| Abstract: | We consider a multi-server queueing model with broadcasting service discipline which assumes that the customer who sees several tree servers upon arrival is served by ail these servers. Errors can occur during the service that leads to incorrect service. The key performance measures of the system including probability of correct delivering of a customer are calculated. Effect of correlation in the arrival process is numerically illustrated. |
