Совершенствование правового регулирования таможенной процедуры свободной таможенной зоны

Abstract

Статья посвящена теоретико-практическому анализу правового регулирования таможенной процедуры свободной таможенной зоны на территории Евразийского экономического союза. Дано сравнение действующего законодательства и нововведений, которые вступят в силу со дня принятия Таможенного кодекса ЕАЭС. Изложены основные упрощения и преимущества помещения товаров под таможенную процедуру свободной таможенной зоны. Показаны различия в осуществлении деятельности на различных типах свободных экономических зон. = The article is devoted to the theoretical and practical analysis of the legal regulation of the activities of the customs procedure of a free customs zone on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. In the text is compared the current legislation to innovations, which will come into force on the day of adoption of the Customs Code of the EAEC. The main simplifications and advantages of placing goods under the customs procedure of a free customs zone are described. Differences in the performance of activities on various types of free economic zones are shown.
