| Abstract: | В рамках разработанного ранее подхода к описанию формирования поляризованного излучения в поверхностно излучающих полупроводниковых лазерах проведено исследование влияния вклада спонтанного излучения в моду генерации (параметр ) на характер поляризационных переключений. = Based on the earlier developed approach, a study of the spontaneous emission effect ( factor) on polarization switching has been performed to describe the formation of polarized radiation in surface-emitting semiconductor lasers (VCSEL). |
