О некоторых новых подходах к модернизации экономики

Abstract

Реформы управления рассматриваются с позиций административных реформ. Показано, что особенности проведения административных реформ (их типы) определяются стабильностью политической системы государства. Представлены характерные особенности основных видов управлен­ческих реформ (функциональных, процедурных, структурных). Рассмотрены проблемы реформирова­ния экономики Республики Беларусь в части реализации инновационных проектов и распространения корпоративного управления, возможные пути их преодоления. Сделан акцент на особенностях управ­ления сферой культурной деятельности. = The article considers management reforms from the standpoint of administrative reforms. It shows that the features of administrative reforms (their types) are determined by the stability of the political system of the state. The features of the major types of management reforms (functional, procedural, structural) are also presented. It outlines the problems of reforming the economy of the Republic of Belarus in terms of implementing innovative projects, dissemination of corporate governance and suggests the possible ways of overcoming them. The emphasis is made on the peculiarities of management in the sphere of cultural activities.
