Стимулирование научно-инновационной деятельности: мировой опыт

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу используемых в мировой практике форм и методов стимулирования научно-инновационной деятельности и выработке предложений в этой области для применения в Беларуси. По результатам исследования автором делается ряд конкретных предложений относительно совершенствования стимулирования научно-инновационной деятельности путем большей ориентации научных учреждений на потребности рынка, более тесной увязки размеров финансирования с результатами научно-инновационной деятельности, гибкого использования различных схем прямого и косвенного стимулирования. = The article deals with the analysis of forms and methods that are used in the global practice of the stimulation of scientific and innovation activity and the development of proposals in this area that can be used in Belarus. On the basis of the research the author makes a number of specific proposals for improving the stimulation of scientific and innovation activity through the improvement of targeting of academic institutions to the needs of the market, creation of a closer linkage between the amount of the financing and the results of scientific and innovation activity, flexible use of various schemes of direct and indirect stimulation.
