| Abstract: | На основе данных социологического исследования белорусской диаспоры в Германии рассмотрены специфика внешней трудовой миграции белорусских специалистов, особенности социальной адаптации белорусских трудовых эмигрантов (с выходом на тип адаптационного поведения), а также перспективы реэмиграции квалифицированных специалистов в Беларусь. = The specificity of external labor migration of Belarusian specialists, features of social adaptation of Be-larusian labor emigrants (aiming to identify the type of adaptable behavior), and perspectives of qualified specialists remigration to Belarus are considered on the basis of the data provided by a sociological research of the Belarusian diaspora in Germany. |
