| Abstract: | Анализируются научные подходы к построению структуры дисциплинарно-правового принуждения военнослужащих и формы его закрепления в законодательствах Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации. Особое внимание обращается на взаимосвязь мер административно-правового и дисциплинарно-правового принуждения военнослужащих по причине общей отраслевой принадлежности. Предложена классификация мер дисциплинарно-правового принуждения военнослужащих = Scientific views about building structure of the military disciplinary and legal coercion and its legal consolidation in law of the Republic of Belarus and Russian Federation are analyzed. Particular attention is given to connection measures of administrative and disciplinary coercion of military by the reason of their branch accessory. Classification on five types of the military disciplinary and legal coercion is proposed |
