Феномен материнства в междисциплинарном и юридическом дискурсе

Abstract

Показана ценностно-смысловая и проблемная наполненность научного дискурса, отражающая нынешнее кризисное состояние материнства. Анализируются трактовки феномена материнства, интегрированные на данном этапе в систему юридического знания. Автор поднимает ряд сложных гносеологических вопросов, связанных с пониманием материнства как ценности, требующих для своего решения открытого диалога права со всей гуманитарной наукой и междисциплинарного взаимодействия различных областей знания = The author addresses the contemporary level of comprehension of motherhood in various branches of science. The author shows the value-sensitive and problems fullness of the scientific discourse, which reflects the current state of crisis of motherhood. The author analyzes the different interpretations of motherhood, integrated at the present stage in the legal knowledge. The author raises a number of complex epistemological issues related to understanding of motherhood as a value, requiring for its solution an open dialogue of law with all humanitarian science and interdisciplinary interaction between the different fields of knowledge
