Создание Содружества Независимых Государств в мемуарах белорусских государственных деятелей

Abstract

Автор рассматривает вопросы подписания Беловежского соглашения и создания Содружества Независимых Государств и отражение этого процесса в мемуарах государственных деятелей Республики Беларусь, представлявших нашу страну в Вискулях. Автор обращает внимание на специфику мемуарной литературы как особого вида исторических источников, рассматривает условия, в которых происходила встреча лидеров Беларуси, России и Украины (включая события, связанные с референдумом о независимости в Украине). Подробно рассматриваются события 7–8 декабря 1991 г. в резиденции «Вискули» и их отражение в воспоминаниях председателя Верховного Совета Республики Беларусь С. С. Шушкевича, председателя Совета Министров Республики Беларусь В. Ф. Кебича и министра иностранных дел Беларуси П. К. Кравченко. Автор обращает внимание, что многие события изложены по-разному и их интерпретация существенно отличается. Это позволяет сделать вывод о том, что для установления истинной последовательности событий необходимо привлекать более широкий круг источников. = The author considers the question of signing the Agreement and the Bialowieza creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the reflection of this process in the memoirs of public figures of Belarus, representing our country in Viskuli. The author draws attention to the specifics of memoir literature as a special kind of historical of the sources, considering the conditions in which the meeting of the leaders of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine (including events related to the referendum on the in-dependence of Ukraine). More in this paper we consider the individual events that took place on 7 and 8 December 1991 by the government residence "Viskuli" in the Brest region, and their reflection in the Memoirs of Speaker of the Parliament Republic of Belarus SS Shushkevich, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Belarus VF Kebich and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus PK Kravchenko. The author notes that many of the events de-scribed took place there in different ways and their interpretations are different. This allows the author to the conclusion that in order to establish the true sequence of events necessary to attract a wider range of the sources that allow to verify the data memoirs.
