| Abstract: | The mesotrophic Lake Glubokoe harbours two species of Copepoda and 11 species and three hybrid forms of Cladocera. Regarding the vertical distribution, three groups of species might be distinguished – epi-metalimnetic, meta-hypolimnetic, and widely distributed. The diurnal vertical migrations are limited. The phenomena of “avoidance of the littoral zone» by euplankton and impact of fish predation are discussed |
