Подготовка БССР к маневрам Красной армии в сентябре 1937 г.

Abstract

Рассматривается подготовка БССР к учениям Белорусского военного округа в сентябре 1937 г. Отмечается, что она осуществлялась в напряженной морально-политической обстановке, обусловленной массовыми политическими репрессиями. Это проявилось в постоянном поиске «врагов народа», которые якобы срывали мероприятия партии и правительства. При этом в расчет не принимались последствия репрессивной политики ВКП(б) в отношении белорусского крестьянства, приведшей к окончательному обнищанию сельских жителей. Анализируется деятельность уполномоченных ЦК КП(б)Б и СНК БССР в районах проведения учений = The article deals with the preparation of the Belarusian SSR to the maneuvers of the Belarusian Military District in September 1937.
