Аб «лічбах» у Вялікім Княстве Літоўскім у XVI ст.

Abstract

Артыкул прысвечаны аналізу і эвалюцыі паняцця «лічба» ў Вялікім Княстве Літоўскім. Гэты тэрмін узнік з&за таго, што ў ВКЛ адначасова былі ў грашовым звароце манеты розных дзяржаў — у першую чаргу Польшчы і Чэхіі. Паколькі ўтрыманне срэбра і вага гэтых манет былі рознымі, неабходна было кожны раз удакладняць, пра якую канкрэтна манету ідзе гаворка. Такім удакладненнем і стала ўжыванне тэрміна «лічба». Намі зафіксавана даволі вялікая разнастайнасць варыяцый «лічбаў», асноўнымі з якіх былі: «літоўская», «вузкая» і «шырокая» = This article analyzes the evolution and the concept of term «lichba» in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. This term emerged because of the fact that coins from different countries were presented in money circulation on the territory of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. In addition to Lithuanian coins there were, first of all, Polish coins and the Prague groats in use. Since the silver content and weight of those coins were different, it was necessary to clarify each time what particular coin was spoken of. Thus, the term «lichba» was introduced. We recorded quite a wide diversity of «lichba», the main ones were: «Lithuanian», «narrow» and «broad»
