Abstract

В статье рассмотрены и проанализированы основные аспекты внешнеэкономической политики России в отношении Германии. Автор обращает внимание на такие области взаимодействия двух стран, как топливно-энергетическое сотрудничество, внешняя торговля, финансы и инвестиции, а также бизнес. Рассматриваемая в статье проблема достаточно актуальна, так как состояние и перспективы российско-германских экономических отношений могут значительно повлиять на весь общеевропейский рынок и место в нем Республики Беларусь.

Исследовав основные тенденции российско-германского внешнеторгового, финансового и инвестиционного сотрудничества, а также взаимодействия бизнес-структур, автор делает вывод, что, несмотря на достигнутый сторонами в данном аспекте определенный успех, накопленного экономического потенциала оказалось недостаточно для того, чтобы избежать принципиальных разногласий в политических отношениях двух стран. = The main purpose of this article is a consideration and analysis of economic aspects in the Russian foreign policy in relation to Germany. The author pays attention to such aspects of the Russian-German economic relations as fuel and energy collaboration, foreign trade, finances and investments and also business cooperation. The problem investigated in the article is of a great importance nowadays, because the state and prospects of the Russian-German economic relations may influence significantly all the European economic area and the role of the Republic of Belarus in this process in particular.

Having completed the analysis of the basic trands in the Russian-German foreign trade, financial and investment cooperation, collaboration between the business structures, the author came to the conclusion that during the investigated period both partners had reached a considerable success, but at the same time the accumulated economic capacity was not enough in order to overcome principal misunderstandings in the political relations between both countries.
