Abstract

В статье описан процесс поступательного становления системы социального страхования российских промышленных рабочих на рубеже XIX—XXвв. Показано влияние событий Первой русской революции на взаимодействие рабочих и промышленников, рабочих и власти, промышленников, правительства и Государственной думы. Раскрыты сущность и особенности первых российских страховых законов = In this article the process ofprogressive establishment of social security system for russian industrial workers at the turn of XIX—XX centuries is described. The influence of the events of the first Russian revolution in the interaction of workers and industrialists, workers and government, the industrialists, the government and the State Duma is also shown. The essence and features of the first Russian insurance laws are also mentioned.
