Abstract: | It is shown that microcapillary refractive X-ray lens may act as objective lens for X-ray microscope and is suitable for imaging with 8 keV X-rays. Achieved resolution is not worse than 5 microns. The microscope field of view is approximately equal to 1 mm. |
