Педагогическая подготовка студентов как средство личностно-профессионального развития

Abstract

In this article the author considers the pedagogical training of the students at the classical university on the basis of the competence approach. Pedagogical training is grounded as a way of the personal and professional development of students. The psychological- pedagogical competence of the university graduate, which is aimed at improving the productivity of solving the social-professional tasks, is specified. The ways, methods of the development of the psychological-pedagogical competence, which may be used for formation of the other groups of competences, are determined. = На основе компетентностного подхода раскрывается сущность педагогической подготовки студентов всех специальностей как фактора личностно-профессионального развития в условиях классического университета. Обозначены пути формирования психолого-педагогической компетентности выпускника, определяющие его профессиональную культуру и направленные на повышение продуктивности решения социально-профессиональных задач.
