| Abstract: | The siruciure and functional analysis of 8 novel synthetic analogs of PGA2 and 11-deoxy-PGE1 was performed. Two prostanoids possessing the properties of «partial» blockers of receptors of EP2- and DP-type were found and described. The stnjcrures given could create the basis for the chemical synthesis of high-effective and specific blockers of the next generation. = Проведен структурно-функциональный анализ восьми новых синтетических аналогов ПГА2 и 11-дезокси-ПГЕ1. Выявлены и охарактеризованы два соединения, обладающие свойствами «частичных» блокаторов простаноидных рецепторов ЕР2- и DP-типа. Выявленные структуры могут явиться основой для создания высокоэффективных и специфических блокаторов нового поколения. |
