Abstract: The study of functional state of blood phagocytes adhering to capacity sensor surface has been carried out by cyclic dielectric spectroscopy method. The sensor dielectric coating consists of Langmuir-Blodgett monolayers with multiwall modified carbon nanotubes. The nonliner dependence of sensor capacity on cell concentration was registered. At cellular monolayer formation the Helmholtz double layer electrical field shielding effect was shown to arise. It has been established that capacity characteristics of the sensor with adhering monocytes depend on a number and cell continuity as well as ability of cells to generate reactive oxygen species. It has been shown that cell activation by adhesion and fMLP chemotactic peptide leads to increase of capacity of sensor coated by dense monocyte monolayer.
