Преемственность формирования у студентов и учителей готовности к личностно ориентированному образованию школьников

Abstract

The article deals with the acute problems of the formation of the readiness of the students and teachers for person oriented education at school. The author determines the essence, structure of the future teachers' readiness for the person oriented school education, theoretically substantiates the model and scientifically justifies pedagogical conditions for continuity of the formation of the readiness in the University and in teachers' professional activity. = Рассматривается актуальная проблема формирования готовности будущих учителей и педагогов-практиков к личностно ориентированному образованию школьников. Определяется сущность готовности, ее структура; научно обосновывается модель и педагогические условия преемственности формирования у учителей готовности в системе «вуз -последипломное образование».
