В статье раскрыты особенности осуществления модернизации производства в Республике Беларусь. Проанализированы тенденции и взаимосвязи процессов модернизации и инвестирования в международном экономическом пространстве. Выявлены проблемы недостаточной эффективности модернизации и предложена методология их решения на основе факторов наукоемкости = The article determines specific features of the modernization of production in the Republic of Belarus. It provides analysis of the trends and relationship between modernization process and investment in the international economic space. The article determines the problems of lack of efficiency of modernization and identifies methodological solutions to address them under their decision on the basis of factors expenses for a science.
