| Abstract: | The article considers legal mentality as a category of jurisprudence and shows its influence on the formation of legal consciousness. It also proves the dependence of the quality of functioning of legal sphere on a degree of legal mentality to be taken into account. = Рассматривается правовой менталитет как категория юриспруденции, показывается его влияние на формирование правового сознания. Доказывается обусловленность качества функционирования правовой сферы степенью учета менталитета. |
