| Abstract: | This article deals with the analysis of the evolution of the conceptual principals of the welfare state since 1850, the time when the term «welfare state» appeared, till the end of the 20 century. The author identifies four stages in the evolution of the concept of the welfare state and reveals its major characteristics. = Анализируется развитие концептуальных основ социального государства с середины XIX в. (времени появления термина «социальное государство») до конца XX в. Автор выделяет четыре этапа в эволюции его концепции и раскрывает сущностные характеристики. |
